Honey Dijon Mustard Chicken w/ Garlic Parmesan Broccoli (recipe from TF 5-Day Inferno plan)

Ingredients and directions:

4- 6oz breast halves coated with: 1/3 cup dijon mustard mixed wtih 3 tbsp honey, 1tbsp parsley, and salt to taste. Grilled for 7 minutes on the George Foreman, came out tender, juicy and tasty!

3 cups steamed broccoli with 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, 3 tsp garlic salt, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Makes 4 servings, 349 calories per serving, 42g protein, 23g carbs, 12g fat
